Who is Blair Monique?
Singer, songwriter, radio host (The Blair Monique Version) Wife, mother of two beautiful children to and entrepreneur Blair Monique Was born and raised in Rochester, Ny. She attended The School of the Arts and moved on to the Eastman School of Music as an Eastman Pathway Scholarship Student. There she studied vocal performance, piano and received many honors.
She began singing background for various artists such as Earnest Pugh, Smokie Norful, Beverly Crawford, Ted Winn and many more. She also began writing her own music, composing for her peers and performing around the country. She was named “Best Female Gospel Artist” for the 2014 Roc Awards and was nominated for “Best Morning Radio Show” at the 2014 Rhythm of Gospel Awards.
Blair’s radio show “The Blair Monique Version” debuted with a record breaking 5,000 listeners! She was also afforded the opportunity to work press, backstage at BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel. Her debut single “Hold On” (co written and produced by her husband Terry Bogart) released earlier this year hit iTunes top 100 Charts and is STILL a hit on Internet and syndicated radio stations. Hold on was written to save lives starting with her own. She is the mother of two amazing children.
